Overview
In the winter of 2021, American pianist and composer Richard Sears embarked on a journey to a secluded corner of Latvia, drawn by the reputation of David Klavins, a celebrated instrument maker renowned for his ground breaking approach to crafting Una Corda Pianos. At Klavins' invitation, Sears encountered his latest creation: the towering 450i upright piano, soaring to a height of 15 feet.
