Overview
The 1991 Pamela Smart Trial was one of the most sensational crime trials. The case received international media coverage due to the combined elements of sex, violence, and rebellious teens. It was the first time a murder trial was broadcast live. TV Journalist Hedda Muskat who was working for a news network approached Pamela and promised her that she would finally be able to tell her side.
