Overview

Faced with the vast desert of the ice sheet and the icy burn of the wind whipping their faces at over 100 km/h, Gilles and Nathan, both in their early thirties, become aware of the audacity of their project. An unprecedented five-month expedition on skis, sea kayaks, and climbing without assistance across Greenland, one of the most hostile corners of the globe. Throughout the journey, they collect environmental data for three Belgian research centers. How do two ordinary Brussels natives come to undertake this extraordinary project? What does it mean to be an explorer in 2022, when there are no more lands to discover but a planet to preserve?
