The Ferryman

Overview

Perevoz is a dying island village. Thus, the cemetery on the neighboring island has become a shelter for even more people. Tolik, one of the last remaining residents in Perevoz, has no job. He, as the only boatman in the village, became a ferryman, whose only duty is to help the alive to honor the memory of the departed, and to help the dead to set off on their final journey across the river.
