Overview
The terminally ill father lived on the sixth floor with his disabled son. In order for his son to go downstairs after his death, the father contacted other owners and tried to persuade them to install an elevator. But due to the one-vote veto system, the elevator could not be installed. In desperation, the father exchanged the money for medical treatment and the first floor for a house. A year later, the father had passed away, and the matter of installing the elevator was brought up again. The son who lived on the first floor voted against.
