Overview
Crystal Light Aerobics Competition, held in 1985, was the first of its kind. Since then, competitive aerobics has become a popular sport. Highlights of the national aerobics finals, featuring choreographed exericise routines, mixed pairs and individuals. Taped in Burbank, California on December 14 and 15, 1985.
