The Bellaire House

Overview

Widely considered one of the most haunted houses in the state of Ohio, the Bellaire House is a majestic home sitting on an ominous hill and dates back to the late 1800's. In 1947 a woman named Lyde Heatherington died of a heart attack in the living room of the home, and her brother Edwin contacted mediums and conducted seances in an attempt to contact his sister, which opened "spiritual portals" and let several spirits into the home, including one which disguises itself as a small girl named Emily.
