Overview

Still Falls the Rain is a graduation project from Visual Effects student Miguel Santana. The short film is an action drama set in digitally reconstructed WW2 war-torn London, about a homeless boy who gets caught stealing food from a bombed house - a crime that could then warrant the death penalty.
