Overview
When they go to the hospital to identify and collect Lucas' body, their emotions are clearly contrasting: Elena breaks down completely when she sees her son, while Sebastián does not shed a single tear. Both must also face the coldness of the system, which treats the tragedy as a mere bureaucratic formality: just another news story for a TV channel or another number in the morgue. This indifference from the outside world intensifies their pain, each experiencing it in a different way.
