Overview
Fragments of images disposing and resetting over 9 screens organized into a grid, the Colombian northwest landscape (Marmato, Caldas) is tranformed by agressive landmarks left by gold mining. A toxic, poisoned and forgotten region. This audiovisual piece reveals cyanide and mercury traces present in prutid muddy waters that in turn lead to devastation and drowning. It is a 'moral ruin' with profound effects on the political, social and ideology dimensions of territoty.
