Overview

In the few spans that separate the bow and the stern of a canoe, two young fishermen from La Boquilla exchange distance and closeness after suffering an affront to death. Determined to fish, they find something that harasses them on the water but that, in a strange way, frees them. The manly violence, the trance turned image and sound, and the rapture in the midst of a day of sun and fishing line, will portray how their bodies reveal kinships resulting from helplessness and desire in the middle of the mangrove.
