Return of Zhu Bajie

Overview

The film tells a series of stories that happened after Zhu Bajie returned from studying in the West . According to legend, the Tang monk and his apprentice went through hardships and obstacles to reach Lingshan , and obtained the award of the Buddhist scriptures. The merits were complete , and the master and apprentice were all happy. Only Bajie felt that the award failed to fulfill his wish, and he frowned all day long, and borrowed wine to relieve his sorrow
