Overview
Kim is a poor Chinese single father who lives in Manado with 2 sons who had the opportunity to carry out the ritual of invoking ancestral spirits on Ceng Beng Day. This possibility is Kim's last chance. Kim tries to preserve the tradition and explain the meaning and purpose of the prayer ceremony of this ancestor to his children and nephews in the remaining time he has. With its simplicity, Qing Ming is a philosophy he can inherit, not property, money, or objects.
