Overview

A poetically inspiring story of human obstacles and the will to fight. Yanked from her polished suburban lifestyle by the abrupt suicide of her father, Lauren is introduced to a world economically incomparable. Her mother's attempt to draw Lauren out of despair lands her in the local boxing gym where Lauren becomes mesmerized by the skill and passion of a rising talented fighter, Andre 'The Conqueror' Corwin.
