Overview
Florida-based director Shengwei Zhou returns to the raw emotional wasteland of “Perfect City: The Bravest Kid” with another haunting stop-motion epic, this time weaving a tableau of tattered fabrics and frayed fibers to symbolize an artist’s grief over the loss of her brother.
