Overview

Here they are again: the Parakopp's Heinz Zweidrei and Frans Hans! However, after a failed case, the two are suspended from duty. The FBI agent Schnolly Pizzos, who has been reassigned to them, is tasked with solving a series of murders in which the victims have been decapitated. However, he is unable to solve the crimes. Even Heinz and Frans, who have been reinstated in this hopeless situation, are at a loss. When Frans' girlfriend is murdered, a cat-and-mouse game begins, with life, death, and stumps at stake!
