Artist collective Paper Rad scrambles media from television, video games and advertising into a crazy medium that is all their own. This release features an unaired pilot of the recurring Paper Rad character Alfe; the Paper Rad "Guide to DVD-ROMs"; a video for "Wizardzz"; and other characteristically indescribable odds and ends from these Pittsburgh- and Northampton, Mass.-based culture-jamming artists.
