Overview
"One Minute and Forty Seconds for Anna" is a hand-coded computational video referencing generative qualities of color field painting (circa 1960s, New York City). This work explores a simple search space visualized as continual flows of pigments interacting with rough, segmented, or smooth surfaces. The accompanying audio captures crows signaling each other in the physical vicinity of where this video was composed and rendered.
