Overview

The story takes place in 1968, Frank (Al Mauro) is responsible for a reign of burglaries committed by he and his partner dubbed "The Obituary Burglars". A tough rookie cop, Johnny (Joey Johnson) is hot on their trail, one night he decides to get a trim at a local barbershop where Frank happens to work as a barber.
