Overview
Felicity E. Palma’s Medusa and The Abyss meditates on female rite and ritual, using prisms, water and 16mm film to obscure notions of landscape, monument, history and myth in touristic Sicily. Such an exposing portrait questions the ways in which cultural identities are commanded and cultivated by people, nations and policy.
