Overview
Mandioca was the first rock label in Spanish. He edited Manal, Vox Dei, Miguel Abuelo, Moris, Tanguito, Pappo, La Pesada... Founded by book publisher Jorge Álvarez, who immerses himself in the world of music to lead the same battle that he promoted from literature: respect for artists and the fight against corporations. The history of Mandioca, la madre de los chicos, is the history of the beginning of Argentine rock, and it is also the history of the country.
