Overview

The physical remnants of the Soviet past are ingrained in the DNA of Dnipro, Ukraine. At first glance, this is a story about the city's forgotten buildings, but just as they linger on its horizon, so too do the relics of the Soviet mentality remain at the center of our collective consciousness.
