Overview

In a provincial factory, Olivier, an experienced worker, is brutally fired by Jean, the director, for serious misconduct. This sudden dismissal, witnessed by the other workers, marks the beginning of a social crisis that rocks the entire factory. The already tense atmosphere deteriorates as employees feel oppressed by an uncompromising management and ever more demanding productivity targets.
