Happy Dan is full of jumping beans and ready to rock. Don’t chuckle too hard though as he is going to royally give you a beat-down today. UBB is pushups, presses, rows, weighted uppercuts and press squats that combine together for a truly exhausting cardio circuit that feels like it was straight from Shaun T’s kitchen.
