Overview
Lee represented the essence of old Appalachia, both in his music and his life. He was also a wonderful story-teller. (Story telling, as you may know, was a significant part of old Appalachian culture.) The documentary consists of Lee's banjo playing and Lee's stories, together with some history of his early times.
