Overview
In Úcupe, Chiclayo, the horsemen had the custom of going out to capture wild donkeys that came down from the highlands to the coast in search of fresh pasture. Master Urita made the leather lassoes, while Jaime Rivas, the outstanding lazerote, led the patrol together with Segundo Rivera, the fastest amarrador in the world.
