Historical document that narrates the events of January 18, 1989 in which members of a judicial commission were assassinated in the village of La Rochela in the department of Santander, Colombia. Through the testimony of survivors and relatives of the victims, it reconstructs the actions carried out by an illegal group, apparently with the complicity of state agents.
