Exploring the experiences of a black member of the New Orleans Police Department and assorted other New Orleans residents during their stay in the Louisiana Superdome during and after Hurricane Katrina struck New Orleans in 2005. Issues of race, class, government response and responsibility, and political rivalries interweave with personal stories of challenges faced and decisions made.
