Overview
Kathy Smith, a premier leader in exercise has incorporated three levels of stepping. She begins with an 8-min warm-up and proceeds to the beginner Step 1 level for 12 minutes; intermediate Step 2 is 13 min.; and the advanced is Step 3, for 10 min. Included is abdominal and upper body toning. These exercises are to be done with the step at a slant angle.
