Overview

The year is 3168, the planet Earth is being threatened by the planet Olvidan. The Karate Ruler comes to the rescue. The screenplay is based on a short story written by Jon Nova, a person with developmental disabilities who also stars in the title role. All of the acting and narration are performed by people with developmental disabilities.The video was shot in one afternoon.
