Overview

Timmy, a lonely trick or treater, is laughed at by the big kids because his Halloween costume is not scary. While looking for a scarier costume, Timmy finds a book of spells and incantations that belongs to an old witch, who must stop Timmy before he casts too many spells. Featuring characters created by Grey Seal Puppets and presented by WSOC-TV channel 9, Charlotte, North Carolina.
