Overview
Years after a global collapse caused by a strange pandemic, a former healthcare worker testifies in court about an illegal transplant operation that may have triggered the outbreak. What began as an illegal heart transplant ended up releasing a virus capable of turning those infected into violent, cannibalistic creatures.
