Overview
Shot exclusively on Mini-DV, hobbyist filmmaker, Dan Hoover sets out to chronicle the behind-the-scenes of his latest project "Eternal Summer." But amidst the challenges of faltering relationships and uncertainty, his bond with a woman he meets by chance takes center stage.
