Overview

In the beginning of the 21th century Hadar HaKarmel was the beating heart of Haifa, a lively place and a cultural center. Since then, it has been emptied and neglected, while it's prestigious past is present in every corner and in its special human combination. The movie portrays the story of the neighborhood by meeting with some of its most interesting residents.
