Overview

This feautre documentary explores the aftermath of the civil war by filming the thugs of the Lija neighborhood in Beirut; a group of violent drug addicts and outlaws. By breaking into this impenetrable world, Diala Kachmar proves that the only way to protect ourselves from upcoming wars is to embrace the marginalized.
