Exploring the individual relationship with gender, sexuality, and femininity, Gilr Bug explores ideas of self-perception and how we interact with our sense of self. The aim is to explore the uncomfortable feeling of being othered as it relates to growing into your own from the perspective of growing up queer in the American South.
