Overview
In this tense hospital thriller, a socially inept young scientist is on the brink of a genetic cure for cancer. A nurse desperate to save the life of a young boy in her care persuades the scientist to test his experimental therapy on the child. Early success and romance are shattered when the head of the hospital takes over the experiment, and the cure reveals its dark side.
