Overview

Roberto Hernández, known in the streets of Los Angeles as “Mr. Lucky”, has been deported due to his criminal record. After spending almost all of his life in the United States and without knowing anyone from his home country, creates a refuge in Guadalajara, Mexico to shelter others like him. La Casa de Vida Becomes a place where deported men and former gangsters can reinvent their life and heal their violent past while they also build a community; a family.
