Overview
The film brings together the director‘s recent research and works around the exile years 1938 to 1948 of Austrian composer Hanns Eisler (1898-1962) and his wife Louise (1906–1998) in Los Angeles. Shortly after their arrival in California, they became the target of intense FBI investigations, which resulted in an elaborate series of wiretapping, tailing, and burglaries that would last six years.
