Overview
One winter morning in 1994, the train arrived at its final station with a shocking discovery: a dead man lay in one of its cars, and he was a police officer. Deputy Commissioner Jorge Gutiérrez had seen what he shouldn't have. He had begun a solitary investigation into the parallel businesses that emerged in the early years of globalization: large-scale smuggling and drug trafficking. His investigation remained unfinished.
