Frozen People is a unique festival of electronic music and northern art on the frozen sea next to the Finnish city of Oulu. As part of Oulu2026 European Capital of Culture, the event brings together international and Finnish DJs Sanna Mun, Paula Koski, Schacke and Winter Games in truly arctic conditions.
