Overview

The collective farmers of the village of Shromya host a delegation of Ukrainian collective farmers who have arrived to conclude an agreement on a socialist competition. A cordial friendship is established between them. Later, Georgian collective farmers also visit Ukraine. The competition increases the labor activity of the collective farmers, and both collective farms receive a high harvest. The celebration of labor is also accompanied by a wedding between a Georgian young man and a Ukrainian girl, who have long liked each other.
