Falling Angels

Overview

Naru and Maria are two young women working at a girls' bar in Kabukicho, talking and drinking with various men and selling their youth for money. Maria (21) works to pay for her college and would like to be an ordinary student, but finds it hard to combine the two. Naru (19) started working after high school in order to have money to move out from her grandparents' place, and would like to become someone special. Both are disillusioned with life and find it hard to go on, but end up finding solace in their friendship.
