Overview

A Career Counselor in the Wisconsin National Guard meets with soldiers who must decide whether or not they will re-enlist in the army, new recruits fresh out of basic training, and an aging soldier fighting to remain deployable –– all while struggling to rehabilitate his shoulder, meet the Army’s physical standards, and face retention quotas despite waning troop morale.
