Overview
The hermit is a split figure on an archetypal level: on the one hand, he intensely experiences the crisis that has occurred in him trying to completely reshape his own being; on the other, in opposite and conflicting terms, he regrets what has been lost in the past, or at least the relationships that have not been resolved.
