Overview
Kai and Patrick are transforming a former pharmacy in the St. Georgen neighborhood of Freiburg into a bakery. At a time of labor shortages and the decline of small artisan businesses, the film follows them as they launch their business and search for a contemporary approach to baking — one that goes beyond industrial standards.
