A video essay in the form of a karaoke—with moving subtitles for viewers to follow along—the work’s title refers to the local area code and Marfa Mystery Lights, which were among Wong’s research subjects, along with a focus on bagpipes, a particular interest of Donald Judd’s and a prominent feature at Hong Kong’s 1997 handover ceremony.
