Overview

The Cure's "dark and romantic" music left a lasting mark on Jérôme's adolescence and prompted him to become a musician himself. Their countless albums have been the soundtrack of his life. The personality of Robert Smith has rubbed off and strongly influenced that of Jérôme, who now readily asserts himself as one of the last rock icons of the Nantes new-wave era. Fashions follow one another but Jérôme remains faithful to his style and as he himself says to those who reproach him for always dressing as in the 80s and still listening to the same music: “Well yes, but… for follow fashion, you really shouldn't be yourself… ”
