“Crossing Paths” is an experimental short film shot during a poetic, associative trek in the Finnish Lapland region. The film explores metaphorical meanings of routes that cross each other by reflecting on the local territorial and ecological issues of “paths” or “ways,” which could also be seen as conflicting components of the self. How could a journey to the North offer a solution?
