Overview

When is violence justified? The action takes place in a parallel world to ours, where magic exists and witches oppose police officers in the pay of powerful industrialists. They privatize water using flying machines to supply huge fields of crops, whose golden wheat is disproportionately tall. Militant witches organize civil disobedience for the environment and against law enforcement.
